Modern Mission Condo Fetches Over $1,500 Per Square Foot

Listed for $2.195 million with 1,603 square feet, the garden unit at 147 Albion, between 16^th and 17^th Streets in the Mission, has closed escrow with a reported contract price of $2.45 million ($1,528 per square foot).

As we first reported earlier this year, 147 Albion is one of three new modern condos designed by Owen Kennerly built upon the lot, a lot upon which the original Mission Dolores, and somewhat ironically, the first home of the Socialist Party in California, once stood (according to the agent).

145 Albion, the 2,185-square-foot top floor unit, remains listed for $2.95 million or roughly $1,350 per square foot.
