The 7,520-square-foot Walnut Creek pad at 620 Sugarloaf Court, which Steph and Ayesha Curry purchased for $3.2 million in November 2015, returned to the market last year listed for $3.7 million.
While the list price for the pad was $500,000 more than the duo paid, keep in mind that upwards of $400,000 was invested to upgrade the home post-purchase, including a remodeled kitchen with new cabinetry, marble and a La Cornue range which was used to shoot a Food Network series for Ayesha and a completely rebuilt master bath, with a walk-in steam shower and therapeutic tub for Steph.
The asking price for 620 Sugarloaf Court was subsequently reduced to $3.6 million in December. And the price is now down to $3.4 million.
UPDATE (4/25): According to the listing agent for 620 Sugarloaf, the price on the brokerage’s website was “erroneously changed” from $3.6 million to $3.4 million and has just been changed back to $3.6 million (versus the $3.7 million at which it was originally listed in October of last year).
I wonder why LA is withholding it from MLS. Has it become a pocket listing?
So sterile, like the realtor was the only occupant in all that time.
I think it’s rather nice. Great views and warm Summers.
