Wasn’t this house on the market within the last few years? I could swear I saw it on this site before.
[Editor’s Note: Nope. But if we had to guess, we’d guess you’re thinking of this one down the street: A Pincus House (But Never A Pincus Home).]

Great house, love the front and the yard is amazing with a pool! No views though?

This house hasn’t been for sale. It has been on Nina’s site a couple of months though. It’s kind of an odd house. The interior and previous renovation were done by Michael Taylor and I don’t think one piece of furniture has been moved in 30 years or so.
The one thing I don’t care for is the covered atrium. I think the side garden was covered over and opened up into the main house. It come across as a little mausoleum-y. Otherwise… Great house, great block. With the huge sales on Jackson St just below, there’s no reason this can’t get asking.
