San Francisco 49ers quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, has sold his gated San Jose home at 4903 Eastbourne Court for $3.075 million, which is roughly 3 percent more than Kaepernick had invested in the property over the past two years, having purchased the 4,600-square-foot home for $2.7 million and spent $300K remodeling.

Kaepernick, who recently purchased a $3.2 million, 1,733-square-foot condo at One York Street in New York, is expected to opt-out of his contract with the 49ers and become a free agent next month.
