Our thoughts and sympathies are with everyone affected by Friday night’s tragic fire at the Ghost Ship collective on 31st Avenue in Oakland, in with 36 people perished. For those who can afford to help, the Gray Area Foundation for the Arts has established a relief fund for victims of the fire. And the Oakland Athletics, Raiders and Golden State Warriors have established a matching fund as well.
An assistance center for family members and friends looking to locate a missing loved one will be open from 8am to 8pm at 2425 E. 12th Street and official updates are available at (510) 238-2181 or online.
