Purchased by the Driscoll family for $8.675 million in 2001, the five-acre Woodside estate at 155 Kings Mountain Road features 6,000 over square feet of living space, with three kitchens (the main kitchen, the catering kitchen, and the poolside kitchen), a detached garage with the wine cellar, and a rather stellar horse barn with a lounge and full bar above:
Listed for $25 million last year, the asking price for the property was reduced to $18.995 million after three months on the market and then to $16.995 million at the end of the year before being withdrawn from the local MLS.
And this morning, 155 Kings Mountain Road was listed anew with an official “one” day on the market and a $14.995 million price tag.
Driscoll’s business has been berry berry good.
I toured the place – amazing.
