$8M Price Cut for That 5-Acre Woodside Manor

On the market for $25 million earlier this year, the asking price for the five-acre “English country manor” at 155 Kings Mountain Road in Woodside was subsequently reduced to $18.995 million over the past six months.
And yesterday, the manor (which features a 6,000 square foot home, a detached garage with a wine cellar, and an 8-stall horse barn with a finished lounge and full bar above) was listed anew for $16.995 million.
The property was purchased by the Driscoll family for $8.675 million in 2001.
