Speaking of listings in San Francisco for which the asking price has been reduced at least once, the list price for the remodeled Pacific Heights home at 2480 Broadway has just been cut by $2 million (13 percent) in one fell swoop.
They’re now asking $13.5 million for the 6,335 square foot home with panoramic views “on a coveted flat block of Broadway,” or roughly $2,131 per listed square foot.
The two adjacent homes, the completely redeveloped home at 2476 Broadway and the attempted million dollar flip of 2470 Broadway remain on the market as well.
This price decrease surely won’t catch any plugged in readers by surprise.
UPDATE: Despite the $2 million cut, the listing for 2480 Broadway has been withdrawn from the MLS without a reported sale.
UPDATE: The sale of 2480 Broadway has quietly closed escrow with an $11,742,500 contract price.
