On the market for the first time since being built in the early 90’s and listed for $14.925 million with an undisclosed address, 3 Via Parariso West is described as “Western resort living” in Tiburon, with 8,500 square feet of living space and a network of terraces, and infinity pool, overlooking Richardson Bay.
Recently refinished, the interior of the home features an open floor plan and great room, flagstone finishes, and custom hood over the island stove.
Well, that’s quite impressive!
I’ll add this to the list of things I can’t afford. Looks awesome.
Absolutely gorgeous. Much more attractive than any one human being on earth.
It is like the Four Seasons Hotel in Hawaii.
I vastly preferred the MCM house in Sausalito.
Looking a bit tired after 20 years. I can imagine this was a state of the art interior 20 years ago! The bones are good and it wouldn’t cost too much updating it.
Well, if you can afford $15 million, a bit extra to do some updating shouldn’t be a problem! I really love this home.

If they couldn’t get $15mm in 2015 they ain’t gonna get it now in 2017.
