276 Seadrift Road View

Having sold his Billionaires Row home in San Francisco to the Trainas for a record setting $35 million last year, former Tangerine Dream keyboardist turned real estate and natural resource investor, Peter Baumann, is now aiming to sell his contemporary Stinson Beach pad for $7.5 million.

Baumann purchased the four-bedroom beach house from restaurateur Bill Higgins (think Betelnut, Bix, Buckeye Roadhouse, and Fog City Diner) for $6.3 million in late 2008.

Overlooking Bolinas Bay and the Pacific Ocean, 276 Seadrift Road measures 3,650 square feet, a little over $2,050 per square foot at asking for the “Ferrari of Beach Houses,” according to the listing.

    1. This sits on a half acre so $/sq.ft. isn’t the right metric. Still it seems quite spendy especially since it isn’t exactly a unique parcel.

      1. How is this not a unique parcel? There are only a couple hundred houses in Seadrift and only a third of that on the Ocean. I would consider it pretty unique.

  1. Does it come with an actual Ferrari? 😉

I think this real estate will become more valuable over time but these are pretty pricey.
