With the exception of the Jehovah’s Witnesses building on the corner of Fulton and Octavia, the Hayes Valley block upon which the five-story 555 Fulton Street development will rise has been cleared, making way for 139 new dwelling units, 148 parking spaces, and a 30,000 square foot grocery store at the corner of Fulton and Laguna.
