Asking prices at Union SF are way too high. I wonder what those 30+ buyers paid.
I agree with JOH in that asking prices are way too high for this development, especially in a transitional neighborhood.
hah!! we went and looked at the homes as comps since we were looking at another house in the neighborhood. the ever truthful sales reps told us that “over 50% of the units were in contract” this was back in late october/early november
They’re setting a good sales pace at Union, in any event. The second part of the development opens up soon to those on the waiting list. These are lofts–smaller than the townhomes and courtyard condos. Most Union buyers are area renters, unsurprisingly.
