We went to the open house last year when it was on the market and saw our first built-in espresso machine… have been dreaming of one ever since!
We do like our built-in espresso machines, but not nearly as much as our apples: closed escrow eleven months ago (7/19/07) with a reported contract price of $1,325,000, listed two weeks ago for $1,395,000. We’ll let you know where (and when) the apple lands.

we saw it last year but it was already in contract. it sold really quick. the views are pretty amazing.

I live a few houses down. If the house is set up the way I imagine, not only are there downtown views but there should be pretty views looking toward the GG bridge and the mountains. Great location on the hill. Very close to the restaurants, library, grocery store, etc.
fwiw, this address is on the north slope of potrero hill, the projects are all the way at the bottom of the south slope. you would have no idea there were projects anywhere near this home. i live in the area.
