They must be [] for paying almost $1,000 a square foot in any neighborhood, let alone that one and even with a yard and potential. It dosnt have that much potential.
I didn’t see the place but I imagine the yard and the proximity to Glen Park BART station were factors that led to it being priced upwards.
GP is a really interesting neighborhood. There’s really not much there in the way of entertainment but it is a major transit hub. Easy access to downtown and Silicon Valley. I would consider buying there for sure…
