It’s small but is reasonable compared to the million dollar plus boxes on sale in SOMA.
Wow, I thought it was $1.595 million for the whole house! Little did i know it’s actually for just a FLAT! Dang, prices are ridiculous! Bush st is buuuusay, and this is lower pac heights. Pls keep us updated if this sells.
Hit the open house this afternoon. Master bath and kitchen were better than anything we’ve seen in the price range, lighter/quieter than expected (agent needs to find a new photographer), great outdoor area. Would be at the top of our list if we weren’t determined to find a single family.
