The southeast corner of Mission Street and Foote Avenue, a four parcel site which has been home to Grant’s Auto Repair for over two decades, is in contract to be sold.
And while plans for the 5500 Mission Street parcels have yet to be formally proposed, the site is zoned for development up to 40-feet in height, not including a possible bonus, and Grant’s is currently paying $2,100 per month on a month-to-month lease.
Sold to whom? Mercy? Bridge?
