For those of you that have to ask (and unfortunately we do), chances are you haven’t been invited to take a tour inside 2901 Broadway.
And while the virtual tour is comprehensive (additional photos added since we last checked), it’s simply not the same as wandering the halls or gazing out the windows (or so we’ve been told).
So either get busy building up that bank account, or simply swing by the mansion between April 28th and May 28th with $30 in hand. That’s right, 2901 Broadway is the 2007 San Francisco Decorator Showcase House. We’ll see you there. And we’re bringing our tennis racquets.

Is there anything underneath that massive concrete block the tennis court sits on? You could fit another house underneath.
Parking for all those Bentleys, I expect.
The interior of this house looks like a morgue.
Is this place staged? It’s SO … unimpressive. Does Count Dracula live here?
The 238 24th Avenue (2/2) – $1,095,000 property looks MUCH more attractive … and inviting.
I don’t know why, but when growing up I used to be terrified of this house. As children we used to stare up at it and thought it looked haunted. In fact when I was a little older when we would meet to skateboard we would say to meet-up near the “Haunted Mansion”. There is something very creepy about the place, especially when viewed from down on street level on Broadway. Good location for a Hitchcock movie though.
Say what you will about the “before” interior and furnishings – that’s all easy to change and will soon enough. It’s the post-designer “after” that I can’t wait to see!
You are all stupid. This house is beautiful, and I would live in it in a heartbeat. it is a cantilever system below the tennis court, smartass (wtf, bentleys??).
