Speaking of designer transformations, the interior of 238 24th Avenue was transformed by Jay Jeffers for the owner of Spa Radiance. And while it’s not really our color palate, or even style, we do love the windows and open layout. And yes, you can ask: $1,095,000.

The windows are nice but the rest of the design is horrific. Wow, nearly $1.1 million in the Richmond.
This flat is not far from the recently posted “Sea Cliff” house. Just what are the borders of Sea Cliff?
This condo is actually in the Lake district which is a nice area. The borders of Sea Cliff and Lake can be seen as follows: http://www.sfarmls.com/docs/northwest.htm
A bit “girly,” but I like it.
Sometimes Jay Jeffers’ designs are a bit much but overall he is an extremely talented designer. That and he’s just a really nice guy. I’d work with him in a second. I just wish I had a house to decorate!
