As we outlined earlier this year, plans for ten new view residences to rise on and behind the undeveloped Bernal Heights lot(s) at 1513 York Street, with “a park-like, campus-style setting” and “natural landscape buffer surround” from the existing view homes that ring the block, have been drawn and a “non-appealable” site permit for the development has been secured.
And having hit the market with a $3.5 million price tag six months ago, the list price for the three lots, plans and issued site permit has just been reduced to $2.995 million.
