The two-story garage at 256 Turk Street, which is currently home to Automotive Technicians and the KCC Auto Body Garage, is now on the market with a $5.6 million price tag.
And while a formal proposal for redeveloping the Tenderloin parcel has yet to be submitted to Planning, the 6,873-square-foot site is zoned for building up to 120 feet in height and a high-density residential development with over 30 units based on the parcel’s size.
