The buildings on the southern portion of the Dogpatch block bounded by Third, 23rd and Tennessee Streets – and adjacent to the Hells Angels – have started to be razed in order to make way for 259 new apartments to rise.
The grand opening for the the project known as 1201 Tennessee should be held in around 600 days. And the official/ceremonial groundbreaking will be held in a few weeks.
It would be hilarious if the Angels called in a noise complaint.
It’s going to be the other way around once this project is done. “I moved in next to a motorcycle club and they are making so much noise…”
I cant wait for that to happen
Who is the architect?

The T-Third light rail and Muni Yard on Tubbs make more constant noise than the Angels.
