Owen Nolan, the retired NHL all-star and former San Jose Sharks captain, has listed his 9,500 square foot San Jose home in the foothills of Almaden Valley for $4.9 million.
Built in 2010 on a little over 3 acres overlooking Silicon Valley, the “Mediterranean-inspired” home at 6971 Hollow Lake Way includes five bedrooms and seven full baths (along with three half’s).
In 2012, Nolan and his wife, Diana, sold a 1,157-acre ranch in the foothills of Mount Hamilton to Santa Clara County for $2.65 million. And according to the LA Times, the couple purchased another home at the Almaden Country Club in San Jose for $1.865 million in late 2013. Perhaps they’re simply downsizing rather than skating out of town.
Worlds apart from the city. I would have guessed this was in Texas if it wasn’t for the price tag.
If it were in Texas, the neighboring house wouldn’t be that close.
Is photo #22 a dog kenneling area or is that a penalty pen?
What, no pool for that price? Nolan and I used to be neighbors in Silver Creek Valley CC back in late 1990s. I beat him out of some $ on the golf course. I’m guessing he is still hurting from those losses and that is why he is selling…
PS pick a different Captcha program, the one you are using sucks!
Who wants to live in San Jose..?
