While unlikely to win any awards for its façade, the views from within are rather winning as are those from the roof deck by way of the spiral glass staircase:

If you missed it back in 2011, 1454-1456 Kearny is now back on the market and listed for $2,995,000, two years later to the month. And of course, the aforementioned facade:

  1. Cha-ching. Looks like they are pushing for nearly $400k tax free. Speaking of which, according to Redfin and the recorders office, the same couple purchased 445 Marina Blvd for $2.3 million in 2006 and sold it for $3.9 million, right before purchasing this property in 2011. Always good work if you can get it.

  2. The exterior isn’t all that bad IMO but would be cooler if the whole structure had the glass faced though.
    $weet view!

  3. Love the staircase, but not the views of the concrete jungle. Don’t let the Bay view photos fool you – they are partial views, and all but one appears to have been taken with a telephoto lens.
This is on the wrong side of the hill for a true Telegraph Hill view.
