  1. How do shared terraces like this work in real life? Is it a free for all, a smoker’s section, reservable? all three?

  2. In my experience, a shared terrace becomes the smoking area, especially when units don’t come with their own outdoor space. With chairs and tables, maybe people will have a drink with their smoke too.

  3. One of the best mid-rise that I have toured in recent times. Location is great. Units feel more spacious than what the square footage indicates, mainly due to the clever design and layout. Luxe from the minute you enter the building. For someone who likes to cook, the Bosch gas range is the frosting on the cake.

  4. Finally, an awesome condo building in Pacific Heights! It’s unique and rare to find new construction in the most desirable location of town. Not only the location is in the “heart of SF”; the property is beautifully constructed. Having visited the property, I am impressed by the good Feng Shui in every unit, the attention to design and detail, quality amenities, the units floor space feel open and spacious. A great find!

  5. Geez, are you guys from the sales office going to spam here every day with your gushing endorsements for a building right off of Van Ness?

  6. Half a block west of Van Ness makes this a Pac Height area. True, not “heart” of Pac Height but a very convenient location. I did not know about all the nearby pick up points of the high tech company buses until I toured the property.
