From six to sell six days ago it’s now four to go today at Arterra (300- Berry). And with prices that have been cut up to 33 percent (the two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse #1610 with terrace was originally listed at $1,319,000 but can now be had for $899,000).
One one-bedroom (#1409) is available at $539,000 (originally listed for $673,000).

  1. sounds like the developer wants to wrap up sales ASAP. Does this count include the sales office itself? (I believe the sales office is in a 1 bedroom townhome on Berry St.)

  2. Any link to pics/floor plans of 1610? I can’t tell which floor plan it is from the site, which lists them with letters? The mls/redfin pics are generic.
    They might attract more attention if they specifically marketed these last properties…

  3. Does anyone know which other 2 units are available, other than the Penthouse and the 1BD?

  4. Some years back, people were posting on here how they figured the developers were going to “save them” by raising prices or rebating the difference of lowered prices.
    The reality turned out to be quite different! Think about how stupid anyone who bought last year feels. That’s how stupid anyone buying this year will feel!

  5. I intended to buy here in june 2007. signed the contract, and put down a $16K+ deposit for a 1bd. $650K price. anyway, I lost my job & had to back out. lost majority of my deposit too. I feel stupid for initially intending to buy at the top of the market, but not as stupid as i would have felt had the sale gone through.
