On the website, the property is branded “high stile”. Gosh, I’m glad the cattle can’t get in…
A home I’d have little problem living in. Can’t afford the property tax assessment, alas.
Troy…the answer is simple let this property sit for a while, soon the owner or the bank will realize it is overpriced and lower the price to something that reflects the current market….just my thought for the day
The sale of 366 Liberty closed escrow yesterday with a reported contract price of $2,575,000. “Officially” 1% under asking and 53 days on the market (but 120 days from its original listing and 10% under that price).
