Wasn’t this on the market about 5 or 6 months ago, way overpriced for a kids playhouse
Augh! My eyes!
All that and a TIC, too? Can’t wait to pay 3/4mill for a shared yard! The only thing that seems to be wrong with it is that it appears to include a parking space.
and why does it take upwards of a minute for a comment to be saved? that’s been going on for quite a while now…
The yard is exclusive to the rear house, and I think there’s parking included as well. I’ve toured it with clients who it did not quite work for. It’s very well built tho.
My daughter might like this. She is always besmirching my desire for vanilla walls. “You need a little color, Mom.” Yeah, right.
anonn: “Enjoy the shared deck and garden…”
and upon rereading, isn’t this really “a two-unit building hidden behind another two-unit building?”
It’s a one unit building with an extra kitchen downstairs, and when we viewed it the owner was selling the garden as exclusive to the rear house.
I am thinking this was either
an Indian Person
or
a West Indian / Carribean Person
who picked these audacious / bold /plain blaring bright colors !
Stairway to heaven… Great for old peeps!
Colors by Google
extra kitchen down: another undetected need satisfied by the SF housing market
this looks like a chevys. more chips and another corona please!
Reminds me of Rainbow Brite. Cool.
South Van Ness at 19th… and a TIC…
happy dreaming, price dreamers!
Let’s see…. living in a Crayola box that you have to walk through the basement of a bland building on a not-so-great-block of South Van Ness. For three quarters of a million dollars. Oh yes and no parking.
Ummmm….. thanks but no thanks (I got that quote from a soon to be former Miss Alaska)
@Jeff… LOL, you are right.
All 4 of the 4 colors are from the Google Chrome Logo. Check it out !
The colors are hideous, but that is one of the cheapest things to change in a house.
I’ve always rather liked the bold primary color with white trim look.
Did you mean to say “muy colorada”?
