It looks like it is now “make an offer” ie Price Upon Request. I love the “Market Conditions” section of Joel Goodrich’s website (which has the property listed): “Detailed Information to be added soon”. Wouldn’t “Not Good!” have been easier?

Back in 2008 I suggested that recent comps dictated this could sell for about 6.4… Almost 3 years on, I say knock off another 25% and it might sell at around 4.9.. Maybe..
