While the listing for 321 Langton might have been withdrawn from the MLS, an eagle-eyed reader comments, “This morning, 321 Langton #11 was listed on craigslist at $599k (a $50K reduction) yet doesn’t seem to be present on the MLS, cleanoffer, or the Urban Bay properties site, although a UB agent is listed as the contact person.”
ReyEstate pegged this one months ago. And in the immortal words of Yogi Berra, it’s “deja vu all over again.”

Does this unit sound familiar? The recent $599k listing for 81 Langton #11 on Craigslist has expired, and this one appeared today for a suspiciously similar sounding unit at $649k (the former price of 81 Langton). And, although the agent is not identified as being affiliated with any particular agency, Chris Lim is indeed with Urban Bay Properties/Lofts Unlimited–81 Langton’s listing agency. Something is rotten in Denmark…or at least on Langton! (Is this unit not listed on the MLS or Urban Bay’s site because this is an underhanded way to handle a real-estate listing?)

What a saga! 321 Langton #11 is back on the MLS and Cleanoffer as a new listing–now at $679k. This poor loft must have motion sickess by now with the rollercoaster ride its seller and agent have taken it on! (Please note, address in earlier comment an error–should have read 321, not 81 Langton.)
