While last listed for $3.195 million, which was down from $3.7 million last year, the final contract price for the 7,520-square-foot Walnut Creek pad which Steph and Ayesha Curry purchased for $3.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2015 wasn’t “at asking.”

In fact, it appears as though the sale of 620 Sugarloaf Court closed escrow today with a contract price of $3.0 million or $380 per listed square foot.

And while that’s $200K (6.3 percent) below the price which Steph and Ayesha had paid for the pad in 2015, that’s not accounting for the additional $400K which was spent to remodel and upgrade their home’s kitchen and master bath post-purchase.

  1. First rule of real estate: “Never buy the nicest house on the block and film a reality show there.”

    1. good advice, I would also add with the deal he got from warriors they could afford to give it away to Habitat for Humanity & let the sale go to a worthy cause.
