10 Serenity Lane, Alamo

If you’re in the market for nearly 27,000 square feet of space, including a 13,000-square-foot main home, a designer 12,000-square-foot “car barn” with office and staff quarters, and a 1,600-square-foot pool house with a one-bedroom apartment, the 101-acre East Bay estate at 10 Serenity Lane in Alamo has been newly listed for $42 million, the same price the seller has been seeking since 2013.

The estate is planted with a vineyard, and the home includes a 750-square-foot wine cellar, with its own dining area, wet bar, half-bath, dumb waiter and temperature controlled storage for 5,000 bottles.

  1. Not so much my style, and what is there to do in Alamo besides trying to put a dent in that wine collection? Oh, also I’m a little short on the 42 mil.

    1. A 5,000 bottle wine cellar and garage full of high-performance exotic cars? What could possibly go wrong…
