Call it 20 percent “over asking” but 25 percent under 2005 on an apples-to-apples basis.

That rug looks filthy.
yeah, i’m sure it’s permanent.
I think the rug looks cool, I’m sure its not filth but rather the saturated vintage look.
Not completely sure how I feel about the “total art wall”. seems to be hot these days, but does it come off as just clutter?
Futurist – I’m inclined to agree with you; this photo makes the wall seem really busy. My wife and I did something similar to our living room wall with some prints, photos and collages from our time spent in Europe, but we left A LOT more space on the wall som it doesn’t feel as cluttered.
The wall in this photo makes me feel like I’m in any of a number of old bar/restaurants throughout the city – not that it’s necessarily a bad thing.
I think it would be OK if they weren’t all exactly the same frame style and matting. Creative though, especially if it’s not just same-ol-same-ol prints from z gallerie and friends.
“25 percent under 2005”
Let’s just come up with a shorthand for that. How about “par for SF”
How did they get the wood stove from my 1987 ski share at Kirkwood in there?
