  1. Very nice renovation, but it’s reaching for a huge ROI. Or, the renovation cost a lot of money and made a place that’s out of the range of the area.
    There’s one measurement of value if you’re spending money making a home for yourself to live in for 25 years, another if you want an investment. This is in the fog belt in a neighborhood with dwindling businesses. The appeal is only that it is within the SF borders.

  2. Yes eddy, understood. I believe the point is that the developer will get no results from current agent, hire a new one, and then sell at reduced $. BTW, this is not a sfr; its a 2u.

  3. 3953 was also 2 units. I don’t understand the issue / focus with the agent here, or on the other home.

  4. Dude will still make a few hundred grand profit. Good project, even if it sells for $2.2 mil.
    Man, wish I had me some dough…I’d be buying a fixer apartment bldg, no question.
