It’s nothing too fancy, but it is a single-family San Francisco home with two bedrooms up, a few unwarranted “rooms” below (which wouldn’t be in the square footage count), and a relatively large garage all listed for just under four ($399,000).
And while we’re sure you’re going to remodel the kitchen, if you’re planning on simply painting over or ripping out the dinette pine, please call us first.

  1. A good bargain, but not for anyone who likes to walk anyplace. Probably the most out of the way neighborhood in San Francisco.

  2. If someone had just shown me a photo of that dinette, no caption, I would have bet a fairly large sum of money that it was one of the booths at the Fire Sign Cafe at Tahoe.

  3. Looks to me like there is room to park one car in the garage, and another two out front if you level the concrete — or, just park on the slope between the driveway and the front steps.
That is what I would do, and if you wanted to buy a smart car, you could park a third car in front of the front steps, or at least a couple motorcycles.
4 car parking, no plants to get in the way!!!!!
