To use an overused phrase, this is one of the best blocks in Castro/Noe. Great piece of land, with unusual, wide lot. Value.

I do agree that this is a great block for Noe & Castro. Nice size lot.
However, if you are looking for an area where a home is going to appreciate in SF over the next five years, Noe and Castro are not it. The people who were buying into these areas and driving up the prices were those younger couples who are now getting hit the hardest. Over the past year, prices have fallen and sales have fallen in 94114. The kiln is shown in one of the last pictures on the MLS listing. It’s a big gas. Not many potters could afford this place now though, no matter how “renown”. Sigh… The incredible yard seems unique enough to make this property a good investment.
