We’ve had a serious crush on the exterior of the Edward Grosvenor Bolles designed apartment building (21 units) at 2360 Pacific Avenue for quite some time. And now that we’ve caught a glimpse of what’s actually inside (at least in terms of the owners unit)…we’re completely smitten (and ready to become the Ropers of Pacific Heights).
Photos and floor plans online. And not to rush you or anything, but “reviewing offers, if any, on Wednesday, October 31st at 12pm.” Yes, as in this afternoon.

Showing us all the way to do windows:
“All of the window lights (approximately 2000 panes) in the front of the building were replaced with laminated glass. The iron frames were ground down, sealed and repainted, in 2005.”
Nice interactive floor plans. This has got “Lembi” written all over it – we’ll see if anyone is up to challenging their 3 year apartment buying spree.
[Editor’s Note: Some background on the Lembi’s might: Nothing Like A Little Leverage In San Francisco (So To Speak).]
Is that the entire building for 20MM?
If so, doesn’t it seem like a good deal?
Better stock up on caftans. LOL! Beautiful building.
I used to live on that block, amazing art deco style lobby and great windows, looks like an amazing building, location if fantastic.
Let’s here it for mail order interior designer school. Where do I vomit!
It is associated with the mail order spelling school I went to.
