  1. Why, oh why, don’t any of these new developments offer 3-bedroom units? I would think city planners would want to make a concerted effort to draw families to the South Beach/Mission Bay neighborhoods.

  2. Perhaps Bosa’s other developments in the area will include more 3 bedrooms. I know that Radiance will include much larger units than is currently being offered in other developments in the South Beach/Mission Bay/Rincon Hill areas. With numerous other developments slated to begin construction over the next 2-3 years, I’d be shocked to not see more developments with 3 bedroom units.

  3. I know that Arterra in Mission Bay has some 3 bedroom townhomes, but you’re right, there’s not many out there.

  4. 555 Mission Rock isn’t a BOSA deal – it’s being developed by Urban Housing Group – same as 355 Berry (Edgewater), another market rate apartment complex north of Mission Creek.

Right, I think you misunderstood my earlier statement. I wasn’t implying that this was a BOSA deal. Rather, I was stating that since BOSA owns the rights to so many future area developments in close proximity, that I would hope more 3 bedroom units would come out of some.
