It’s nice, but not sure it’s noteworthy.
Seems like a lot considering its way out west; even for SeaCliff?
Looks good though. Clean.
Sea Cliff is about that far west, but this house is on the southern end of what could be called Sea Cliff. Still very nice, but not like the houses near the water.
Very nice and bright property. They should be able to sell close to asking.
Haven’t been inside but it looks like they did a great job with the renovation. It’s modern without feeling cold or overly industrial. Not as “interesting” as some of those big houses on the cliff that have been featured here in the past, but it’s also a third to a tenth the price. Not cheap, but definitely within the reach of many.
This is a very nice job. Well done! I happen to like it “Way Out West”. You can hear the foghorns, seals barking, waves crashing, and it is a nice quiet neighborhood to walk the dog.
I like it there too, though sure, it can get foggy. I like what was done here, and price seems fair considering what else is on the market right now in that range. If I had the money, I’d spring for it.
