Broderick Place, a Signature Properties “Neighborhood” (i.e. new development), features a mix of one and two bedroom “condominium homes” and is located on Broderick between Oak and Fell.
All we know is that construction looks to be about six months (?) from completion and that the sales office is open for business (albeit located down at 215 King Street). Other than that, we know nothing. Bueller?
∙ Broderick Place [sigprop]
70 1 and 2 bed condos at roughly 500-750k, plus some 2 bed “townhouses” (price unknown), scheduled for completion late 2006. Parking spots sold seperately at 35k.
Retail tenants include Falleti’s (grocery) and Peets Coffee.
Phases 1-4 sold. Phase 5 hit the market March 11 (probably sold). One phase left (by lottery, need to be preapproved with selected lender, 10k initial payment ready to go if you win), date unknown.
At least, that’s what I’ve heard.
Excellent insight, thanks Pete.
Phase 4 did not sell out and Phase 5 (March 11th) did not sell out. There are still a number of units, about 8, still available after their releases.
And since Mark didn’t link to himself (I’m guessing that’s Mark Choey), here’s where I got my information: http://www.sfnewdevelopments.com/
If it weren’t for RSS aggregators, I’d never be able to keep up with the real estate blogs in this town…
