That’s a nice pad. Only faults I have is sinks in master bath, they are not very functional, and step down shower without doors. I’d slip and don’t like water splashing everywhere. Deck could be worth it though!
I agree with Skirunman. The sinks were popular 10 years ago. They were as useless then as they are now. But the view makes up for it. I would be interested to see what the final selling price is.
