The Polk Gulch parcel upon which the Natural Mattress Store and adjacent American Rug Company building sits is on the market with an $8.28 million price tag. The 1235 Sutter Street parcel includes the warehouse on the rear of the 68-foot-wide, 120-foot-deep lot which fronts Hemlock.
The mattress store and rug company are on month-to-month leases. And while no plans have been drafted, much less proposed or approved, the site is zoned for development up to 130 feet in height.
