Anything decent in Bernal has been moving very, very quickly most of the year. My next-door neighbor’s house also went into contract in 4 days at the same cost they bought it for at the peak in 2007, with no improvements (yes, it was an apple, but was not called out on SS – not sure why not? “Good” apples don’t count?) I was pretty surprised.
