On the market for $42 million early last year and reduced to $35 million in December, the list price for the 101-acre Alamo estate at 10 Serenity Lane has just been reduced by another $7 million – now asking $28 million for the property which includes a 13,000-square-foot main home, a designer 12,000-square-foot car barn, and a 1,600-square-foot pool house with a one-bedroom apartment.
And once again, the estate includes a gentleman’s vineyard and a 750-square-foot wine cellar with its own dining area, wet bar, half-bath and temperature controlled storage for 5,000 bottles.
I could see a festivus pole in the living room.
Donald Trump’s weekend getaway?
The property is beautiful, but the home just seems…off. Not totally tasteless, but on the edge of tasteless.
UPDATE: The estate at 10 Serenity Lane has just been listed anew for $25 million without a disclosed address.
