Former Central Freeway Parcel T, the current 5,500 square foot parking lot which fronts Octavia Boulevard between Page and Rose, has been awarded to a development team.
Zoned for development up to 50 feet in height, the City has selected Linden Partners, a joint venture of DDG and DM Development – the development team behind 8 Octavia, 400 Grove and 450 Hayes – to develop a mix of housing and retail upon the Hayes Valley Parcel T.
