  1. This’ll be a good recent apple. If it sells at list fast, it gives indication that the markets been stable the last couple of years for this type of property.
    Any guesses on final price?

  2. Where did they get those triple wide stools at the kitchen counter. Each one could fit three people. Either that or the kitchen is so ridiculously small, that they photoshopped the photo to make it appear much larger.
Pretty place with nice views: i’m sure it will sell quickly.

  3. Are these people flippers? Life circumstances change? It seems like so many people just buy for a couple years and leave, but maybe that’s just a function of the apple selection on this site.

  4. yep. a US economic depression (not recession) is very deflationary. Real Estate is going lower, even in SF.
Real Estate brokers are typically not the most sophisticated group in their macroeconomic outlooks and opinions.
    be wary.

  5. That roof deck edge looks awfully low. I know there is more roof beyond, but it seems like it should require a higher railing, even out of glass to preserve the great view.

  6. ^^^ There probably is a slab of glass above that low parapet. It is just too clean and transparent to see in the photo. You can faintly see the line of the top of the glass on the rightmost third of that opening.
