Both 1436 and 1438 Jackson are owned by the same real estate investors from Visalia.
My wife and I live up the street and pass by this building quite often. Decent location, but a school is directly across the street and the sq.ft price, in my opinion, is not worth it.
It’s a lovely office building.
Still hoping for 2008 price + selling costs. Good luck with that.
This is the sort of place that looks good in a magazine about modern design, but not so good once you try living in it.
The list price for 1438 Jackson was just reduced to $1,485,000.
Once again, purchased as new construction in 2008 for $1,500,000 and seeking $1,585,000 for the past month.
They should have just gone straight for $1.438M.
