Wow. Their permit for the kitchen and four bathroom remodel lists $60K for the cost of construction.
Completely loving the wall-hung double vanity in bath – nothing to stub the toes. The only improvement would be recessed door handles to be more kind to the knees . . . .
This place does look amazing, I must say.
The indoor jacuzzi is a missed opportunity for a real bathing/steaming/lounging area. Still, better than no jacuzzi…
No words, except beautiful job. I’ll be calling the realtor when I win the lottery. This would be a top contender on my list. Sheer perfection.
Is the marble in the bathroom the same as the marble in the kitchen?
Saw this house the other day…I’m not a big fan…thought it was overpriced and lacked special qualities that would put it in this price range. Still…their timing is good.
Sold for $8.25 million
The sale of 2340 Washington Street has closed escrow with a reported contract price of $8,250,000, an official 7 percent under list or 13 percent under its pre-list price.
This is still a great price for a non-view, East of Fillmore home. I assume the Toboni’s will list 2755 Fillmore when that’s done. Should be interesting to see what it brings.
