The two-story building at 925 O’Farrell Street most recently occupied by Thai Stick Shabu Shabu, which is mid-move to Fillmore Street, is now being shopped for $3.6 million.
And while the lease for the existing building (which has been found to have no historical significance) currently extends through mid-2019 at $4,500 per month, the Polk Gulch/Little Saigon/Van Ness Corridor parcel is zoned for development up to 130 feet in height.
Timing would just about work, on the lease thing…
