∙ The Potrero (451 Kansas): Sales Center Now Open [SocketSite]
That’s funny! I was seriously interested in this project and checked out the sales office the 2nd day it opened. (Day After VIP day). The sales team told me the cheapest was $600k for a one bedroom.
Any other idea on pricing?
Price list is available if you show up and ask for it. Studios $404,880 – 430,880, 1BR/1BA $545,880 – 620,880, 1BR/1BA + den $684,880 – 699,880, 2BR/2BA $739,880 – 834,880. Price includes one assigned pkg space underground (separate from Whole Foods lot) for all units except for some of the studios. Upgrades, refrigerator, and washer/dryer are extra. HOA monthly fees $380 – 505, depending on size. They are supposed to have an exercise room and yoga/pilates studio. No pool. As of March 10, two model units are available for touring. Although a bit smaller than some new condos in SOMA and Mission Bay, the layouts are good, but you be the judge.
I took a tour of the sales office this weekend and was actually very impressed. Anonymous (March 11) is right, the units are smaller then others I have been looking at, but I have to admit the Whole Foods is a bonus. Does anyone know what firm designed the sales center?
