A few of the proposed zoning variances on the agenda for San Francisco’s Zoning Administrator tomorrow morning: the various variances required for the Day School to build their NIMLOS (Not In My Line Of Sight) opposed roof deck atop 601 Dolores; a rear yard variance to add two dwellings on the rear of the lot at 1069 Capp Street by building a two-story building fronting Cypress Alley; and a front setback variance to build a proposed two-story home at 2395 Diamond where only a garage currently stands.
Other addresess seeking variances to build or remodel: 3549 23rd Street (unit reconfiguration), 108 Ellsworth (rear addition), 3719 16th Street (new balcony), 3946-3948 25th Street (reconstruction), 751 25th Avenue (deck legalization), 500 Vienna Street (roof deck expansion), 604 Moultrie (reconstruction and new exterior stair case), and a sweet little barn conversion behind the home at 1723 Church Street (click drawings to enlarge).
The first and second floor plans for the 870 square foot two-bedroom barn as proposed:
Love the plans for the barn; efficient use of space. Two bedrooms and a large living area all under 900 ft2. Wish more developers were building units like this!
